Leadership Development Services

Leadership assessments provide comprehensive, accurate views of individual managers and aggregate reports of the organization's leadership strengths and gaps.

Leadership certification programs provide an integrated learning experience that formalizes an organization's leadership development requirements so that a culture of leadership excellence is cultivated and sustained. In partnership with Baker College, the Fulcrum Group provides an Executive Leadership Certification.

Leadership coaching is often combined with leader assessments to help individual managers interpret their performance feedback, identify obstacles to personal leadership effectiveness, and create a personal development plan. Fulcrum Group specialists provide one-on-one coaching as well as management training on how to improve performance through effective coaching and mentoring.

The Fulcrum Group also provides more than 45 professional development classes to help individuals learn how to become more effective managers and leaders.
